Sports performance training is a type of training that is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. It is all about explosive movements, reaction, speed, strength and agility. During these sessions, prepare to be challenged and pushed to the limit! I will focus in on shooting mechanics, fundamentals, footwork and just making sure the athlete is getting it all! Basketball requires hard-work & dedication. Each session will last 1hr or more depending on what we're focusing on during that particular session.
